All NFL first-round picks since 2000
Well, the curtain has fallen on another first round of the NFL Draft and Ohio State has once again walked a few players onto the stage. Both of OSU’s dynamic receivers, Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave, left the board in back-to-back picks with the No. 10 and No. 11 picks on Thursday night.
This now brings the total of first-round picks for Ohio State to 87, first in the nation, three ahead of USC who had 84 total picks in the first round all-time. The Buckeyes also lead in the most NFL draft picks since 2000, with a whopping 153, well ahead of Alabama’s 139. OSU is also right behind Alabama for the most beginners since 2000, and that’s where our eyes are set right now.
Here are all of Ohio State football’s NFL first-round picks by year since 2000.
